Director of Research Services

Ms. Dunne, Director of Research Services, is responsible for supervising delivery and support of the firm’s ENS Research Programs.  In this role she manages account relationships for clients worldwide, coordinates analyst support resources and directs Vertical’s ongoing market research surveys.  She also coordinates the firm's marketing communications activities, including relations with press and industry associations.

Frequently sourced by leading industry media, Ms. Dunne speaks regularly at major networking conferences on topics ranging from Ethernet, IP VPNs, MPLS and Frame Relay / ATM network migration. She has more than twelve years of consulting services experience with Vertical. Her prior positions include three years of enterprise IT and engineering projects.
