Erin Dunne Participates in the 2009 MEF Carrier Ethernet Service Provider Awards

BOSTON, MA...  Erin Dunne, Director of Research Services at Vertical Systems Group, participated as a member of the judging panel for the 2009 Service Provider awards sponsored by the MEF.  Ms. Dunne presented the award for Best Service Innovation for the Americas in New York on November 3.

The annual Service Provider awards are offered in three regions: Americas, EMEA and APAC.  Judges rate each of the finalists’ responses in multiple award categories.  The 2009 award recipients for the Americas were Verizon (Best Service Innovation and Service Provider of the Year), AT&T (Best Service Portfolio) and Optimum Lightpath (Best Service Marketing).
