Almost half of enterprise decision makers don't know
how business Ethernet service pricing compares to their incumbent
service.
That's the finding from Vertical systems Group,
which recently surveyed end users. Vertical also found that 20
percent of respondents believe Ethernet services are actually
higher-cost than their existing service.
Vertical calls pricing one of three "market gaps"
facing business Ethernet services in the U.S. (the other two are
fiber availability and access speeds).
The survey was conducted as part of Vertical's
ENS
research services.
