Gridpoint Systems today announced it will leverage its strengths in Carrier Ethernet, service management and traffic management to launch its Connection Oriented Carrier Ethernet (COCE) solutions. These offerings will enable partners and service providers to accelerate the planning, provisioning and protection of Ethernet service and transport networks and to offer service level agreements (SLAs) not previously possible. The COCE solutions will deliver Carrier Ethernet's promise of scalability, reliability, quality of service (QoS) and service management through a simplified, cost effective and deterministic implementation. Gridpoint Systems' initial solution is being demonstrated at CTIA Wireless 2007 and is in customer trials....
