Global Provider LEADERBOARD: BT Global Services advanced to the number one position, followed by Orange Business, Verizon, Colt, AT&T, NTT and Level 3. The top growth driver for Global Providers is Ethernet access for multinational IP VPNs.

U.S. LEADERBOARD: Competition continues to heat up, with the Cable MSOs aggressively pursuing new Ethernet business. During the first half of 2013, the Cable MSO segment tallied more new port installations than the Incumbent Carrier segment.
