Global Provider LEADERBOARD: BT Global Services advanced to the number one position. U.S. LEADERBOARD: Competition continues to heat up, with the Cable MSOs aggressively pursuing new Ethernet business. During the first half of 2013, the Cable MSO segment tallied more new port installations than the Incumbent Carrier segment.
